1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pk7bet, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, depositing funds, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on pk7bet or any other gaming platform where such exclusion is recognised.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

pk7bet may request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access pk7bet services you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted on the registration form. You agree to maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on pk7bet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk7bet will close all but the earliest verified account. Balances in duplicate accounts will be voided and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk7bet will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pk7bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued platform access are permitted:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement, or card front image with sensitive digits obscured)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk7bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change at pk7bet's discretion with reasonable notice.

pk7bet does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These charges are outside the control of pk7bet and are your responsibility to verify prior to initiating a transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit. Where multiple payment methods have been used, pk7bet reserves the right to determine the withdrawal routing in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Pending withdrawal requests may be held while verification is outstanding. pk7bet aims to process approved withdrawals within two minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within one to three business days for bank transfers and card withdrawals.

4.4 Currency

pk7bet operates exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to account balances. You are responsible for any currency conversion charges that your bank or card issuer may impose on international transactions, where applicable.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk7bet offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Time limit: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated on the promotion page.
• One bonus per household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Abuse prevention: pk7bet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where evidence of systematic bonus exploitation is identified.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk7bet are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game category. These rules are accessible via the platform's help and rules section. In summary:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, pk7bet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• pk7bet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account without providing a reason, particularly where patterns of professional or arbitrage betting are identified.
• Results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport or competition. In the case of disputes, pk7bet's ruling is final, subject to any applicable regulatory appeals process.
• Live in-play betting is subject to network latency. In cases where a bet is placed after an event outcome has already occurred, pk7bet reserves the right to void the wager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk7bet platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes or exploit platform mechanics
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (see Section 3.2)
• Money laundering or using pk7bet for any financial transaction not directly related to legitimate wagering activity
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at pk7bet staff or other users
• Any act that pk7bet, in its reasonable judgement, considers detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its user community

8. Account Suspension & Closure

pk7bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected
• KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected
• A user requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• A regulatory authority requires the account to be closed

Upon closure for breach, any balance comprising bonus funds or winnings directly derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities to pk7bet.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk7bet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of pk7bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk7bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pk7bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk7bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

pk7bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the improvement of platform services.

12. Responsible Gaming
